I was lucky enough to team up with a few Bay Area Photographers and Videographers to film a “Save the Date” video for JR and Jessica. The couple planned to send a DVD out to all of their friends and family to remind them of their special day….

After weeks of rain and cold weather, we finally had a break… thank goodness! It was our first cotillion portrait session of the year. Gretchen just turned 18 and everyone in her family is excited. There is a big event planned for her in September. We can’t wait to photograph it!

We decided to stay close to her home for photographs. Nothing extravagant, nothing extra ordinary, just her livingroom and the local park. She was a little shy at first, but we had so much fun, she forgot it was a photoshoot…. The portraits turned out great. I was very happy with them! ~ ODP

I was born in Mountain View, CA where I was surrounded with an awesome family and friends. I have two wonderful children and a beautiful wife who also shares my interest in photography. I love mornings at the beach, listening to hawaiian music, traveling, eating Chinese food and watching old ninja movies. My interest in Art had hit me while in college. The understanding of its components and techniques astounded me.

I’ve always enjoyed “People Watching”. The differences in a person’s appearance; the way they held themselves tells a story with their emotions displayed and the differences in personality. I believe that everyone has an interesting aspect to them. Whether it is their sense of humor, their life story, or their accomplishments. My past clients all had special stories or aspects of their life.  My goal is to capture your story to help you preserve memories that you will pass on to generations in your family.

Capturing your wedding day:
The atmosphere of a Wedding day intrigues me. The bride looks gorgeous, the groom is full of emotion, they are both surrounded by their families and friends. Not to mention the laughter, the tears, and the excitement. To be part of your Wedding day is an opportunity for me. I thank you in advance for choosing me to be a part of one of the most important days of your life.

Separate yourself!
My past clients know me as the photographer that goes out on a limb. I tend to enjoy photoshoots that allow me to create pieces of art that is unique to my subject’s personality. Every session is different and I love doing off the wall stuff!

Some people believe that they are born a second time. The introduction into Photography had opened new doors and a new
perspective in my life. I had grown with a new meaning and purpose with an intention to surround myself with people that are in line with where I want to go.
